Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Onlymind (“we”, “us”) provides the Onlymind software: an AI Chatter and a CRM for OnlyFans and Fansly accounts, available on the web, as a desktop app and in a phone browser. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is

Onlymind is software that helps you run creator accounts: it reads and sends messages on accounts you connect, organises chats and content, sends the automated messages you set up and shows statistics. We do not process payments between fans and creators; those happen on OnlyFans or Fansly under their own terms.

3. Accounts and access

  • You must be an adult and legally able to agree to these terms.
  • You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
  • You are responsible for your login, for the accounts you connect and for the team members you invite and the permissions you give them.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the rules of the platforms you connect and the law. You may not use Onlymind to send illegal content, to harass anyone, to involve minors in any way, or to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

5. AI output

You set what the AI Chatter does: its modes, topics, prices, schedule and the content it may use. Messages sent by the AI on your account are sent on your behalf, and you are responsible for them. Review your settings, use the sandbox before going live, and switch the AI off whenever you need to.

6. Plans, wallet and billing

Plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page. You pay from a prepaid wallet topped up in cryptocurrency. Plans renew from the wallet if you turn on auto-pay. When the wallet reaches $0 the affected accounts pause; nothing is charged on credit. Top-ups are non-refundable, as described in the Refund policy.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Onlymind at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, other users or the platforms at risk, and will tell you why where we can.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Onlymind is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee results, earnings or uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for actions taken by OnlyFans, Fansly or other third parties, including restrictions on your accounts. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or on Telegram. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
