Refund Policy

1. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable

Money added to your Onlymind wallet can’t be withdrawn or refunded. It pays for plans and AI responses on your accounts.

2. Changes to your funds

Any change to your funds, such as moving balance between accounts, goes through support on Telegram: @OnlyMind_Manager.

3. Switching plans

Upgrades apply right away and downgrades at renewal. When you move an account from No assistant to Full Subscription, the unused days of the No assistant plan are credited.

4. Free trial

The free trial costs nothing. When it ends, the account pauses until you choose a plan.

5. Partner payouts

Partner program payouts are separate from your wallet and are not affected by this policy. See the Partner program.
