1. What we collect

• Your account: email, username, password (stored hashed), language and settings.
• Connected accounts: the data needed to run them — chats, fan details, content in vaults, earnings and statements.
• Your setup: the AI’s personality, rules, prices, schedules, lists and automated messages.
• Billing: wallet top-ups, plan history and crypto transaction references. We never receive card details.
• Usage: technical logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

2. Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for: run the AI Chatter and the CRM on your accounts, show statistics, send the alerts you turn on, bill your plans and support you. We do not sell your data.

3. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise its data, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

4. Who processes it

We use trusted providers to run the service:

• Cloud hosting and database providers, including Supabase.
• Cloudflare, for networking, security and file delivery.
• AI model providers, which receive the text needed to write each reply.
• Telegram, for the alerts you turn on.
• NOWPayments, for crypto top-ups.

5. AI and your data

Your chats and content are used to run the service for you. We don’t sell them, and we don’t share your setup or chats with other customers.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. Write to us on Telegram and we will answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies. The Onlymind app stores what it needs to keep you signed in and remember your settings.
